John Erceg - Managing Director Main Roads
John has a wealth of knowledge having had corporate state-wide responsibility for Main Roads' asset management function, together with regional construction and maintenance delivery strategies.
In addition to working throughout the State, he has led the areas of heavy vehicle and road network operations. He also had national leadership responsibility through Austroads, international experience as an Australian representative on the World Road Association (PIARC), and is also a Director on the Board of Austroads Ltd.

Nicole Walton - Principal Engagement and Change Advisory, Aurecon
Nicole has held executive positions in Corporate Strategy, Communications and Engagement in the Western Australian Public and Private Sector.
She currently leads Aurecon’s team of communications, engagement and change professionals and is the Alliance Management Team member responsible for community and stakeholder engagement, with oversight of Aboriginal Participation, for the South West Gateway Alliance. This Alliance is delivering the Bunbury Outer Ring Road on behalf of Main Roads. To the end of August the Alliance had committed to over $45m of spend with 40 Aboriginal suppliers.

Darren Lundberg - Managing Director of Garli
Darren is an Aboriginal person (Yamatji) with over 31 years experience as a Civil Engineer and offers a reasonably unique and varied insight to the industry.
Since 2018, Darren has established Aboriginal owned businesses working across a range of sectors in civil construction (Garli), environmental services (Gambara), marine services, renewable energy and medical services.
Previously he managed and led companies and projects in the Infrastructure and Resource Sectors including senior roles with Main Roads, Chevron and Ngarda Civil & Mining.
Darren is a Board Member of Leadership WA.

Andy Graham - CEO, Civil Contractors Federation WA
Andy Graham has served as Chief Executive Officer of the Civil Contractors Federation Western Australia (CCF WA) since 2018. The CCF is the peak body for the civil construction industry, with 220 members in WA and more than 2000 nationally.
Transport infrastructure is a key market for many CCF WA members, and under Andy’s leadership CCF WA continues to work closely with the Transport Portfolio on a wide range of initiatives to help ensure a diverse and sustainable industry.

Tracey Dennis – CEO, Engineering Aid Australia
Tracey Dennis is a proud Biripi woman, Director and Chief Executive Officer for Engineering Aid Australia.
Tracey’s career is built on “a hands on” experience as a CEO, Senior Executive and Program Manager leading many Aboriginal Affairs policy and programs across Government, Corporate and Non-Government sectors.
Tracey has dedicated her life and leadership capabilities over the past 34 years to understand and develop best practice models when providing guidance, advice and support to Traditional Owners and their families, communities, Governments, in the workplace and education institutions.

Ashley Vincent - Managing Director METRONET
Ashley oversees the planning and delivery of Perth’s largest ever investment in rail infrastructure. A key component of the METRONET Program is the Gnarla Biddi Strategy, which embeds Aboriginal engagement through every stage of a project to acknowledge and celebrate Aboriginal culture and maximise employment and procurement opportunities.
Prior to METRONET, Ashley was an executive at Water Corporation for 11 years where he held key leadership roles with accountability for asset management, capital investment and program management, front line operations and maintenance delivery, and customer services. Ashley has also served as an adviser to State Government Ministers and the Premier of Western Australia.
